This is a draft policy published with our foundation release. It will be reviewed by legal counsel before BUNAYAI accepts paid customers.
Who we are
BUNAYAI operates bunayai.com, a platform for creating, translating, publishing, and managing websites and online stores. This policy describes how we handle personal data.
What we collect
Account data you give us: your name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider), preferred language, country, currency, and time zone.
Workspace data you create: website content, catalog data, translations, and settings.
Technical data: log records needed to keep the service secure and available.
How we use it
To provide your account and workspace, keep them secure, respond to support requests, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.
Where it is stored
Account and workspace data are stored in our managed Supabase database. Access is restricted by row-level security so that a workspace member can only reach data belonging to their own organization.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us and we will act on the request within a reasonable period.
