Refund Policy

This is a draft policy published with our foundation release. It will be reviewed by legal counsel before BUNAYAI accepts paid customers.
Current status
BUNAYAI is not collecting payments during the foundation phase. No subscription can be purchased, so no refund can currently be owed. This policy sets out what will apply once billing opens.
Cooling-off period
New subscriptions may be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days of the first payment, provided the account has not been used to publish a live commercial website.
Renewals
Renewal charges are not automatically refundable. You can cancel at any time before a renewal date to avoid the next charge, and your workspace stays accessible until the end of the paid period.
Exceptions
Charges caused by a verified billing error on our side are always refunded in full.
Domain registrations and third-party charges passed through at cost are non-refundable once purchased.

Email hello@bunayai.com from the address on the account, including the workspace name and the charge in question.
