This is a draft policy published with our foundation release. It will be reviewed by legal counsel before BUNAYAI accepts paid customers.
Agreement
By creating a BUNAYAI account you agree to these terms. If you accept them on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the activity of everyone you invite into your workspace. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Your content
You own the content, catalog, and customer data you put into BUNAYAI. You grant us only the licence needed to host, process, translate, and display it so the service can function.
You are responsible for making sure your content is lawful and that you hold the rights to it.
Acceptable use
Do not use BUNAYAI for illegal activity, fraud, malware distribution, or to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend workspaces that do.
Service status
BUNAYAI is in its foundation phase. Modules described as upcoming are not available and are not part of any commitment. Paid plans are displayed for reference only and no payment is being collected.
